The Nigerian Army has sated its readiness to expose collaborators of last week’s bombing in Maiduguri, Borno State Capital.
Theatre Commandant of Operation Lafiya Dole, Major Gen. Yusha’u Abubakar who made this known to newsmen, maintained that no amount of distraction would derail the army from meeting the December deadline to ending insurgency.
He maintained that any facility used by the Boko Haram to unleash mayhem would be destroyed, emphasizing that the owners of such facilities would be treated as collaborators.
Abubakar pointed out that the bombings were aimed at diverting the attention of the military from achieving its target in the fight against terrorism.
